Building on a well-established farming enterprise that has been rearing cattle for four generations, the butchery division of our business was launched in 2007.

Our farming expertise allows us to select animals that are reared in ways that bring out the best taste and texture of the meat and as we source our meat from our own and other carefully selected local producers we are able to offer you assurances on traceability and provenance.
What’s more, we operate from a purpose built SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) accredited premises which incorporates our own spacious, climate controlled hanging chills which allow us to expertly manage the maturing process of our meat. Our experienced and highly skilled butchery team ensure that we can provide you with products cut, trimmed and packed to your exact requirements.
