We supply all red and white meats, poultry and game as well as a range of speciality products including own-recipe sausages, burgers, haggis, black pudding and fruit pudding.

We recognise that understanding your job is an important part of our job. We will work with you to understand your dishes and recipes to ensure your meat is butchered to your exact requirements and packed to your individual specification. From whole unbutchered strip loins to very specifically trimmed chops or uniquely seasoned sausages, we will tailor our products and service to your individual needs.

Beef - Finest quality, 28-day matured beef. All our beef is matured slowly and hung on the bone for at least two weeks, which ensures a full flavour and extra tenderness.
Pork (including gammons and bacons) - Full of flavour, free range pork.
Lamb – Prime, grass fed South West Scotland lamb.
Poultry – Fresh, free range traditionally reared.
Game – Our game is genuinely wild!
Sausages – From the traditional breakfast sausage to our award winning pork and leek we manufacture a large range of sausages but if we don’t currently make what your are looking for we will work with you to create your own unique recipe which we will manufacture for you.
– We offer a wide range of burgers from a 2oz children’s burger to our award winning deluxe 4oz 98% meat hand-pressed beef burger.
Cooked Meats - Moist and tender cooked in our Rationale ovens we can provide these sliced or as whole roasted joints.
